Cardinney Caravan and Camping Park is strictly an adult only site for over 18’s, this also includes all day visitors (Proof of age may be requested)
By placing a booking with us, Cardinney Caravan and Camping Park, you and your booking party agree to the following terms and conditions as set-out.

These rules are designed to benefit all guests, thus any person in breach of these rules will be asked to leave the park and no refund will be given.
The prices listed include VAT.
The size of your unit, including any tents, gazebos, kitchen tents etc. must be stipulated at the time of booking to ensure that the allocated pitch is large enough.
When specific pitches or special requests are asked for we will do our utmost to site you as requested. However, specific pitches cannot be guaranteed and we reserve the right to allocate a pitch at our discretion. If you have booked more than one pitch, we cannot guarantee that all pitches will be together.
We will not accept bookings from parties of more than 4 persons.
To make a booking you must pay a non-refunable £30 deposit per week/or part of.
Paying your balance – You must pay the balance for your pitch at least 28 days prior to your arrival date. If the balance is not received by this time your booking will be re-let and the deposit will not be refunded.
Confirmation email – Upon booking, a confirmation email will be sent to you. Please check this email carefully and contact us if there are any discrepancies.
If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of your booking, please contact us.
Bookings are non-transferable.
Deposits are non-refundable.
If you have paid your balance and want to cancel your booking, you must contact us at least 28 days before your arrival date for a refund of the balance only.
You may be able to change your dates, subject to availability and an administration fee.
No refund is available within 28 days of your arrival date.
We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance for unforeseen circumstances.
If there are government restrictions on travel from your postcode please contact us, you will be entitled to a full refund of the money you have paid.
It is regretted that no refunds can be given if guests depart prior to the end of the booked holiday. We are unable to give any refunds unless in extreme circumstances and are unable to refund any advance deposit.
If we Change/Cancel Your Booking – We will notify you as soon as reasonably possible. If your holiday is cancelled we will endeavor to refund your full amount within a reasonable amount of time.
Cardinney Caravan and Camping Park will not accept liability for any additional associated costs or compensation.
Cardinney Caravan and Camping Park are not liable for refunds, or expenses you incur, in the event we are prevented from fulfilling your booking as a result of circumstances beyond our control. Such circumstances shall include (but not be limited to) war, terrorism, riots or civil unrest, industrial action, flooding, natural disaster, epidemics, health risks or such similar events (“Force Majeure”). We recommend that you ensure you have adequate holiday insurance in place to cover this.
Cardinney Caravan and Camping Park can only accommodate adults over the age of 18.
Admission to the park implies a commitment to uphold the internal rules of the park.
The management reserves the right to refuse admission when this appears to be necessary in the interests of the park occupants.
Trading in the park is forbidden without the management’s agreement. If in doubt please contact the management before arrival.
Arrival time is between 1pm and 7pm.
Early arrivals are not permitted. Your pitch may not be ready for you until 1pm.
Late arrivals are not permitted. The security barriers will lock and you will not have access to the park. Please contact us if you have been delayed we are happy to accommodate where possible and where we can’t, we will try to advise you the best we can.
If we have not heard from you within 24 hours of your expected arrival we reserve the right to re-let your pitch.
Departure time is 11am at the latest. Late departure is not currently available.
All visitors must also be aware of the terms & conditions on this page.
All visitors not staying on site must report to reception on arrival and leave the campsite by 9pm, cars must be parked on the pitch they are visiting or in our designated parking area.
The number of guests booked plus the number of visitors to the pitch must not exceed 4 total.
Maximum of 3 dogs per pitch. (cost as per tariff)
Dogs are not allowed in the shower and toilet blocks.
Dogs should not be left unattended at any time.
Dogs must be keep on a lead at all times on the park, please exercise your dog in the designated area.
Please ensure that any mess is cleaned up immediately for the health and safety of others.
Some facilities/services may have had reasonable changes made to them or be closed entirely to reflect changes in relevant laws, regulatory requirements and government guidance.
No washing of caravans, motor-homes and cars on site whatsoever.
Smoking is not permitted in any buildings on the park.
Supermarket deliveries are not permitted on site, we encourage you to use the local shops and suppliers.
Please only use the bins for household rubbish and take home anything else to dispose of correctly. This includes but is not limited to tents, gazebo’s, electrical items, BBQ’s, inflatables etc.
Any damage or continual disturbance caused, will result in you being asked to leave immediately. We will not tolerate mindless acts of vandalism/violence, we ask people to respect their surroundings and the work and effort that have gone into making the park as attractive as possible.
We reserve the right to cancel a booking with immediate effect if guests are not honoring this agreement or causing a disturbance / nuisance to other guests, neighbours or the owners. We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage, especially that caused by the deliberate, negligent or reckless act of the guest to the campsites property.
We request noise is kept to a minimum on site in consideration of other visitors; no musical instruments are to be played on site and radios are to be used quietly. We ask noise to be kept to a minimum after 10:00 p.m until 07:30am.
Please respect the other guests and our campsite.
We ask our guests to observe the 5 mp/h speed limit on the park.
All vehicles must conform to the Road Traffic Act and have current tax, MOT and insurance.
The provisions of the Highway Code apply to the roads on the park.
Guests are not allowed to bring lorries on to the park.
No recreational vehicles can be used on the park.
With the exemption of emergency repairs under the supervision of a motoring organisation, no mechanical or repair work is to be undertaken on the park.
In the unlikely event of an emergency requiring implementation of the park’s Emergency Action Plan you will be notified by duty staff. Please make yourself aware of the nearest fire point.
In accordance with the Civil Aviation Authority’s ‘Drone Code,’ drones cannot be flown within 50 meters of a person, vehicle or structure not under the control of the pilot, nor can they take off or land where the pilot does not have landowner’s permission to do so. The use of drones at our campsite is strictly prohibited.
We cannot allow kites to be flown on site as they may cause damage to tents or caravans on their descent. No ball games on the site please.
Please be aware that CCTV recording is in operation and the security barrier entrance and exit times are recorded.
If you have any concerns for safety or damage from any trees or hedges, please inform us so that we may take appropriate action.
Please note our wifi provided to our campers is through a third party service. Therefore, we have no control over or responsibility for the Internet Services you access and do not guarantee that any services are error or virus free. We have no responsibility for, or control over, the information you transmit or receive via the Service.
Place all litter/rubbish in the bins provided; please help us with our recycling by separating your waste.
We only sell alcohol to persons 18 or over. Proof of age is required. We reserve the right to refuse the sale of alcohol without an approved form of identification such as a passport, photo driving license or valid identification card.
Strictly only one tent/tourer/ motorhome per pitch(excluding pup tent). Exact size of units must be accurately provided at time of booking. The maximum pitch occupancy is 4 persons.
Tents or caravans/motorhomes should be placed only as directed by the management and may be transferred to other pitches, if the management think it is necessary to maintain the condition of the pitches.
We reserve the right to move you to an alternative pitch if necessary for safety reasons or cancel the booking if we cannot accommodate you according to safety requirements.
Any tent over the size of 7mx4m will require an Extra Large pitch.
We can only accommodate Motorhomes over 6m on our hard standing pitches.
We ask people if possible not to bring multiple vehicles on to the site as you will not be able to accommodate these on your pitch. We have very limited parking.
You will be directed to your allocated pitch on arrival. This is determined at the time of your booking and on your party/unit size.
The campsite does not take responsibility for any damage to vehicles, caravans or awnings.
The electricity supply provided on pitches with electricity is a maximum of 10 Amps. Customers must use their own leads, which have standard campsite plugs and must be RCD protected. Anything used on the electricity supply must not cause an overload and must hold a current portable appliance testing certificate. For safety we only permit electric hook-up leads that comply to BS6500 and BS4343 standard. We do not allow home made leads with an extension socket.
Unfortunately we cannot allowing any charging of electric/hybrid cars on the campsite as the hookups are not suited for that purpose.
There are chargeing stations at Land’s end and Penzance.
Some hookup connections may be located in the adjacent pitch, we recommend bringing at least a 15m lead and have respect for the other campers if you have to enter their pitch.
Only breathable sheets are permitted on the grass. Do not use carpet or other non breathable coverings that might damage our grass.
The use of foul language, threatening behavior or vandalism will not be tolerated and as a consequence all members of a party will be asked to leave and no refund will be given.
Respect the park and amenities – do not damage plants, trees or grass – do not dig holes for any purpose whatsoever – do not drop litter – do not intrude on your neighbour’s privacy or pitch.
Chemical toilets and waste water containers must be emptied only in the places provided for the purpose, or in accordance with the instructions of the management.
We allow the use of barbecues, including the disposable type proving they are kept up off the grass, we can provide you with bricks for this.
Fires are NOT permitted. Please only burn barbeque coals, solely for the purpose of cooking food, not to be used for social gathering or warmth as this is unfair to other customers.
Any cutting of hedges and trees is not permitted.
Please be advised that from time to time promotional photographs and films are taken by ourselves around the park. These images are for use on our Cardinney Caravan and Camping Park website and social media platforms. We will endeavor to inform guests when filming in a specific location of the campsite, so there is the option not to be filmed. If guests or their units do end up appearing on our website or social media, we are unable to make any financial award or payment of any kind.
We shall not be liable for any injury or death of any person whilst on site or any loss or damage to property howsoever any such death, injury, loss or damage may be caused otherwise than a result of our negligence. All vehicles, contents and personal property are left entirely at your own risk and we will not be held responsible for any damage caused. Whilst every care is taken to ensure that the details shown on this website are correct, the company cannot accept responsibility for errors contained therein or the results thereof.
